USPS Postal Exam
USPS Virtual Entry Assessment (VEA)
📋 About the USPS Postal Exam
The USPS Virtual Entry Assessment (VEA) is a series of online assessments used by the United States Postal Service for hiring mail carriers, mail handlers, sales and service associates, and mail processing clerks. Replacing the older 473 exam in 2019, the VEA consists of four exams (474-477) measuring work scenarios, personality characteristics, and basic reasoning. These assessments evaluate your fit for postal work, including customer service orientation, ability to follow instructions, and workplace behavior. The exams are untimed and taken online after applying for specific positions on USPS careers website.
